We kindly ask you to attach the documentation listed below, specifically the ones you have at the moment of filing the damage claim. If necessary, you can send additional documents later via email to stete@pt-rizik.hr.

• photo/video documentation of the damage
• sailing license or some other document used for identifying the vessel
• report to port authorities
• port authorities or police report;
• skipper and crew member license;
• to provide the insurer with more bids for damage repair;
• in case of loss during charter – crew and passengers list and charter contract;

* The maximum allowed attachment size is 75 MB.

By submitting the claim the client gives his/her consent to P&T Rizik to use his/her personal data, as well as all other data that P&T Rizik comes in contact with when providing insurance brokerage services, for the purpose of resolving compensation claims addressed to the insurance company as well as use such data in its business records and process them in compliance with positive law and legal regulations.
